Art. 4 Authorisation

Any per­son who is ha­bitu­ally res­id­ent in Switzer­land and who wishes a child to be placed with him or her for ad­op­tion or who wishes to ad­opt a child from abroad re­quires au­thor­isa­tion from the can­ton­al au­thor­ity.
