The SEM in co­oper­a­tion with the Fed­er­al Ad­min­is­trat­ive Court and the com­pet­ent can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies shall main­tain an auto­mated per­son­al file and doc­u­ment­a­tion sys­tem.
