Art. 95 Other carriers 266

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil may make oth­er com­mer­cial car­ri­ers sub­ject to Art­icles 92–94, 122a and 122c if Swiss na­tion­al bor­ders be­come a Schen­gen ex­tern­al bor­der. In do­ing so, it shall take ac­count of the re­quire­ments of Art­icle 26 of the Con­ven­tion of 19 June 1990267 im­ple­ment­ing the Schen­gen Agree­ment (Schen­gen Con­ven­tion).
