Art. 103e Exchange of information with EU member states that do not apply Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 364

The EU mem­ber states in which Reg­u­la­tion (EU) 2017/2226365 has not yet come in­to force or is not ap­plic­able may send their re­quests for in­form­a­tion to the au­thor­it­ies un­der Art­icle 103c para­graph 4.
