485 In­ser­ted by Art. 2 No 1 of the FD of 11 Dec. 2009 on the Ap­prov­al and Im­ple­ment­a­tion of the Ex­change of Notes between Switzer­land and the EU on the Ad­op­tion of the Reg­u­la­tion and De­cision con­cern­ing the Visa In­form­a­tion Sys­tem (VIS), in force since 11 Oct. 2011 (AS 2010 2063, 20114449; BBl 2009 4245).
