Art. 86 Social assistance and health insurance
1 The cantons shall regulate the terms and the payment of social assistance and emergency aid for temporarily admitted persons. The provisions of Articles 80a–84 AsylA280 relating to asylum seekers apply. Support for temporarily admitted persons is normally provided in the form of benefits in kind. The level of support is less than that offered to persons resident in Switzerland.281 1bis The same provisions on social assistance standards apply to the following persons as for refugees who have been granted asylum in Switzerland:
