Art. 19 Evaluation of results 19

Per­sons re­quired to carry out re­medi­ation meas­ures must no­ti­fy the au­thor­it­ies of the re­medi­ation meas­ures car­ried out and demon­strate that the re­medi­ation ob­ject­ives have been achieved. The au­thor­it­ies shall ex­press an ex­pert opin­ion in this re­gard.
