Art. 102e Right to information

The right to in­form­a­tion is gov­erned by the fed­er­al and can­ton­al data pro­tec­tion pro­vi­sions.326 The pro­pri­et­or of the data col­lec­tion shall also fur­nish in­form­a­tion on the de­tails avail­able on the ori­gin of the data.
