Art. 17 Special procedural provisions
1 The provision of the Administrative Procedure Act of 20 December 196840 on legal holidays does not apply to asylum proceedings. 2 The Federal Council shall issue supplementary provisions on the asylum procedure, in particular to give consideration to the special situation of women and minors in the procedure. 2bis Applications for asylum made by unaccompanied minors shall be processed as a priority.41 3 The interests of unaccompanied minor asylum seekers are taken care of for the duration of the procedure:
