Art. 45a Ausschreibung im Schengener Informationssystem 136

1 SEM shall enter the data on third-coun­try cit­izens against whom a re­turn de­cision with­in the mean­ing of Dir­ect­ive 2008/115/EC137 has been is­sued un­der Art­icles 44 and 45 of this Act in the Schen­gen In­form­a­tion Sys­tem (SIS).

2 The re­mov­al of refugees shall be entered in the SIS by the com­pet­ent au­thor­ity that is­sued the re­mov­al or ex­pul­sion de­cision un­der Art­icle 64 or 68 FNIA138.

3 Art­icles 68b–68eFNIA ap­ply mu­tatis mutandis.
