Art. 91 Further subsidies
1and 2...251 2bis The Confederation shall pay the cantons a flat-rate subsidy towards the administrative costs incurred in respect of persons seeking asylum and persons in need of protection without a residence permit.252 2ter The Confederation may pay cantons in which a federal centre is located a flat-rate subsidy towards the security costs.253 3 It may pay subsidies to facilities for traumatised persons residing in Switzerland on the basis of this Act. 4 ...254 4bis It may pay subsidies for the conduct of employment programmes for persons accommodated in federal centres.
