Art. 120 Repeal of existing legislation

The fol­low­ing are re­pealed:

a.
the Asylum Act of 5 Oc­to­ber 1979414;
b.
the Fed­er­al De­cree of 16 Decem­ber 1994415 on Eco­nomy Meas­ures in the Sphere of Asylum and For­eign Na­tion­als.
