¹ The Fed­er­al Coun­cil is­sues the im­ple­ment­ing pro­vi­sions. It may del­eg­ate the task of is­su­ing im­ple­ment­ing pro­vi­sions on the stat­ist­ics de­scribed in Art­icle 50 to the fed­er­al of­fice re­spons­ible for pro­cure­ment.

² When is­su­ing the im­ple­ment­ing pro­vi­sions, it shall com­ply with the re­quire­ments of the rel­ev­ant in­ter­na­tion­al treat­ies.

³ The Con­fed­er­a­tion may par­ti­cip­ate in the or­gan­isa­tion that op­er­ates the in­ter­net plat­form of the Con­fed­er­a­tion and the can­tons for pub­lic pro­cure­ment in Switzer­land.
