Art. 46 Deadlines
1 When setting the deadlines for submitting tenders or requests to participate, the contracting authority shall take account of the complexity of the contract, the probable number of subcontracts and the mode of transmission. 2 The following minimum deadlines apply within the scope of international treaties:
3 Any extension of these deadlines must be published or notified to all tenderers in good time. 4 Outside the scope of international treaties, the deadline for submitting tenders is generally at least 20 days. In the case of largely standardised goods, work and services, the deadline may be reduced to no shorter than 5 days. |
