Art. 55 Applicable law

Un­less oth­er­wise provided for in this Act, the de­cision-mak­ing and ap­peals pro­ced­ure is gov­erned by the pro­vi­sions of the Fed­er­al Act of 20 Decem­ber 196817 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Pro­ced­ure (APA).
