Pro­fes­sion­al re­tail­ers of cards and sim­il­ar means which per­mit ac­cess to a pub­lic tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions net­work must re­cord the in­form­a­tion re­ferred to in Art­icle 21 para­graph 1 and for­ward it to the pro­vider of tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices whose net­work can be ac­cessed us­ing the card or sim­il­ar means.
