Art. 41 Oversight

1 The Ser­vice shall over­see com­pli­ance with the le­gis­la­tion on sur­veil­lance of post and tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions.

2 If it iden­ti­fies an in­fringe­ment of the law, it may take the meas­ures re­ferred to in Art­icle 58 para­graph 2 let­ter a TCA48 mu­tatis mutandis against pro­viders of tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices. It may or­der pre­cau­tion­ary meas­ures.
