Art. 46 Coordination with the Intelligence Service Act of 25 September 2015

Re­gard­less of wheth­er this Act or the In­tel­li­gence Ser­vice Act of 25 Septem­ber 201549comes in­to ef­fect first, the pro­vi­sions be­low shall on the com­mence­ment of the Act that comes in­to force later or on com­mence­ment of both Acts at the same time be worded as fol­lows:
