Art. 37 Federal VET Certificate

1 The Fed­er­al VET Cer­ti­fic­ate shall be awar­ded to learners who ob­tain passing scores on their fi­nal ex­am­in­a­tion or whose com­pet­ences have been val­id­ated through an equi­val­ent qual­i­fic­a­tion pro­ced­ure.

2 The Fed­er­al VET Cer­ti­fic­ate shall be is­sued by the loc­al can­ton­al au­thor­ity.
