Art. 49 Principle

1 Vo­ca­tion­al, edu­ca­tion­al and ca­reer guid­ance helps young people and adults to make the right choices as far as their oc­cu­pa­tion, course of study and ca­reer are con­cerned.

2 It con­sists in the pro­vi­sion of in­form­a­tion and per­son­al guid­ance.
