Art. 41 Examination fees

1 No fees may be charged to learners or host com­pan­ies for ex­am­in­a­tions lead­ing to is­su­ance of the Fed­er­al VET Cer­ti­fic­ate, the Fed­er­al VET Dip­loma or the FVB.

2 Fees may be charged to learners who with­draw from or fail to ap­pear at an ex­am­in­a­tion for no jus­ti­fi­able reas­on as well as to learners who re­peat an ex­am­in­a­tion.
