Art. 44 Professional education institutions

1 Can­did­ates en­rolled in a pro­fes­sion­al edu­ca­tion in­sti­tu­tion who ob­tain passing scores on the fi­nal ex­am­in­a­tion or equi­val­ent qual­i­fic­a­tion pro­ced­ure shall be awar­ded the cor­res­pond­ing ter­tiary-level pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fic­a­tion.

2 The ex­am­in­a­tion pro­ced­ure and equi­val­ent qual­i­fic­a­tion pro­ced­ures are sub­ject to the min­im­um re­quire­ments (Art­icle 29 para­graph 3).
