Art. 57 Conditions and requirements

1 The sub­sidies re­ferred to in Art­icles 53–56 shall only be provided if the activ­it­ies to be fun­ded:

a.
cor­res­pond to ac­tu­al needs;
b.
are prop­erly or­gan­ised;
c.
in­clude ad­equate qual­ity im­prove­ment meas­ures.

2 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil may es­tab­lish ad­di­tion­al con­di­tions and re­quire­ments. It shall reg­u­late the cal­cu­la­tion of sub­sidy amounts.
