Art. 58 Reduction and withholding of subsidies

The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall re­duce ap­proved sub­sidies or with­hold new sub­sidies if the fund­ing re­cip­i­ent ser­i­ously neg­lects or fails to ful­fil his ob­lig­a­tions un­der this Act.
