Art. 12 Preparation for VET

The Can­tons shall take meas­ures to pre­pare learners for up­per-sec­ond­ary level VET pro­grammes if these learners have not reached the re­quired level of aca­dem­ic achieve­ment on com­ple­tion of com­puls­ory edu­ca­tion.
