Art. 13 Imbalances in the apprenticeship market

If there are in­dic­a­tions of a fu­ture or cur­rent im­bal­ance on the ap­pren­tice­ship mar­ket, the Fed­er­al Coun­cil may take suit­able ac­tion for a lim­ited peri­od of time and use avail­able fund­ing to re­store bal­ance.
