¹ The State Sec­ret­ari­at for Edu­ca­tion, Re­search and In­nov­a­tion (SERI)⁷ shall is­sue edu­ca­tion or­din­ances for each VET pro­gramme. These VET or­din­ances shall be is­sued at the re­quest of pro­fes­sion­al or­gan­isa­tions or, if ne­ces­sary, at its own ini­ti­at­ive.

² The VET or­din­ances shall cov­er the fol­low­ing as­pects in par­tic­u­lar:

a.

the sub­ject mat­ter and dur­a­tion of the cor­res­pond­ing VET pro­gramme;

b.

the ob­ject­ives and re­quire­ments of the work­place train­ing seg­ment;

c.

the ob­ject­ives and re­quire­ments of the classroom in­struc­tion seg­ment;

d.

the scope of train­ing con­tent and dis­tri­bu­tion across learn­ing loc­a­tions;

e.

qual­i­fic­a­tion pro­ced­ures, qual­i­fic­a­tions and titles.

³ Qual­i­fic­a­tion pro­ced­ures to val­id­ate non-form­al learn­ing shall be based on cor­res­pond­ing VET or­din­ances.
