Art. 36 Protection of titles

Only hold­ers of an up­per sec­ond­ary-level vo­ca­tion­al qual­i­fic­a­tion or a ter­tiary-level pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fic­a­tion shall be per­mit­ted to use the titles es­tab­lished in the cor­res­pond­ing reg­u­la­tions.
