Art. 42 Federal professional examinations and advanced federal professional examinations

1 Fed­er­al pro­fes­sion­al ex­am­in­a­tions and ad­vanced fed­er­al pro­fes­sion­al ex­am­in­a­tions are gov­erned by the rules es­tab­lished for these ex­am­in­a­tions (Art­icle 28 para­graph 2).

2 The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall be re­spons­ible for over­all su­per­vi­sion of these ex­am­in­a­tions.
