Art. 43 Tertiary-level professional qualifications; entry into the register

1 Can­did­ates who ob­tain passing scores on a fed­er­al pro­fes­sion­al ex­am­in­a­tion or an ad­vanced fed­er­al pro­fes­sion­al ex­am­in­a­tion shall be awar­ded the cor­res­pond­ing ter­tiary-level pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fic­a­tion.

2 Both types of pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fic­a­tions shall be is­sued by SERI.

3 SERI shall main­tain a pub­lic re­gister with the names of the hold­ers of ter­tiary-level pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fic­a­tions.
