Art. 51 Cantonal authority tasks

1 The Can­tons shall be re­spons­ible for provid­ing vo­ca­tion­al, edu­ca­tion­al and ca­reer guid­ance.

2 They shall en­sure that vo­ca­tion­al, edu­ca­tion­al and ca­reer guid­ance activ­it­ies fall in line with la­bour mar­ket meas­ures provided for in the Un­em­ploy­ment In­sur­ance Act of 25 June 198217.
