Art. 55 Subsidies for specific activities that serve the public interest
1 Specific activities that serve the public interest include the following:
2 Subsidies for public-interest services shall only be paid if the services are planned for the long-term, and require particular financial support in order to be provided. 3 The Federal Council may decide that other services in the public interest qualify for subsidies. 4 The Federal Council shall establish the criteria for the granting of subsidies. |
