Art. 8 Improving quality

1 Edu­ca­tion and train­ing pro­viders with­in the VPET sys­tem shall be re­spons­ible for en­sur­ing the con­stant im­prove­ment of qual­ity.

2 The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall pro­mote qual­ity im­prove­ment, es­tab­lish qual­ity stand­ards and mon­it­or com­pli­ance.
