on Vocational and Professional Education and Training
(Vocational and Professional Education and Training Ordinance, VPETO)

¹ The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall take part in meas­ures re­lat­ing to the co­ordin­a­tion, qual­ity and trans­par­ency of con­tinu­ing edu­ca­tion and train­ing courses that are of use to a giv­en oc­cu­pa­tion or pro­fes­sion and can be offered at the na­tion­al level or with­in a spe­cif­ic lin­guist­ic re­gion.

² Pub­lic-run struc­tures and train­ing courses shall, wherever pos­sible, be made avail­able as la­bour mar­ket meas­ures un­der the Un­em­ploy­ment In­sur­ance Act of 25 June 1982¹⁴.
