(Art. 45 VPETA)

¹ Work­place train­ers in host com­pan­ies must have:

a.

a Fed­er­al VET Dip­loma or equi­val­ent qual­i­fic­a­tion in the field in which they will be train­ing oth­ers;

b.

two years of prac­tic­al ex­per­i­ence in the field in which they will be train­ing oth­ers;

c.

a vo­ca­tion­al ped­agogy qual­i­fic­a­tion equi­val­ent to 100 learn­ing hours.

² Suc­cess­ful com­ple­tion of a 40-hour course may be used in­stead of the learn­ing hours men­tioned in para­graph 1 let­ter c. A course cer­ti­fic­ate shall be is­sued to con­firm com­ple­tion of the 40-hour course.
