1 The re­peal and amend­ment of pre­vi­ous le­gis­la­tion are set forth in the An­nex.

2 SERI is re­spons­ible for re­peal­ing train­ing reg­u­la­tions based on Art­icle 12 of the Fed­er­al Act of 19 April 197859 on Vo­ca­tion­al Edu­ca­tion and Train­ing is­sued by the EAER.
