Art. 76 VET professionals outside the scope of the previous act

(Art. 73 VPETA)

1 Work­place train­ers who do not fall with­in the scope of the Fed­er­al Act of 19 April 197860 on Vo­ca­tion­al Edu­ca­tion and Train­ing but who have trained learners for at least five years shall be con­sidered as qual­i­fied for the pur­poses of Art­icles 44 and 45.
