Art. 13 Measures relating to employees

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion as an em­ploy­er shall make every ef­fort to of­fer per­sons with dis­ab­il­it­ies the same op­por­tun­it­ies as those without dis­ab­il­it­ies. In all em­ploy­ment re­la­tion­ships and at all levels, but in par­tic­u­lar in the case of em­ploy­ment va­can­cies, the Con­fed­er­a­tion shall take the meas­ures re­quired to im­ple­ment the Act.

2 Para­graph 1 ap­plies to em­ploy­ers un­der Art­icle 3 of the Fed­er­al Per­son­nel Act of 24 March 200033.
