Art. 29a

1 The Fed­er­al Of­fice of Pub­lic Health shall ar­range for the sci­entif­ic eval­u­ation of the meas­ures un­der this Act. It may give the data ob­tained un­der Art­icle 3f in an­onymised form to the Fed­er­al Stat­ist­ic­al Of­fice for eval­u­ation and pub­lic­a­tion.

2 On com­ple­tion of im­port­ant eval­u­ations, the Fed­er­al De­part­ment of Home Af­fairs shall sub­mit a re­port to the Fed­er­al Coun­cil and the rel­ev­ant com­mit­tees of the Fed­er­al As­sembly on the res­ults and shall sub­mit pro­pos­als for fur­ther ac­tion.

3 The Fed­er­al Of­fice of Pub­lic Health shall main­tain a doc­u­ment­a­tion, in­form­a­tion and co­ordin­a­tion of­fice.

4 The Agency shall sub­mit re­ports in ac­cord­ance with the in­ter­na­tion­al agree­ments.
