Art. 12

1 The can­tons may re­voke au­thor­isa­tion in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 9 for a lim­ited peri­od or per­man­ently if the au­thor­ised med­ic­al pro­fes­sion­al59 is nar­cot­ics de­pend­ent or has com­mit­ted an of­fence un­der Art­icles 19–22.60

2 The or­der ap­plies throughout the Con­fed­er­a­tion.

3 Art­icle 54 of the Crim­in­al Code61 re­mains re­served.
