¹ Pro­sec­u­tion is the re­spons­ib­il­ity of the can­tons.

² Art­icles 6 and 7 of the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 1974¹¹⁸ on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al Law also ap­ply to pro­sec­u­tion by can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies.

³ No­tice of con­vic­tions, pen­alty or­ders and de­cisions not to pro­ceed in cases un­der Art­icle 19 para­graph 2 must be giv­en in full writ­ten form to the Fed­er­al Of­fice of Po­lice im­me­di­ately after they are is­sued where the in­dict­ment de­man­ded an un­sus­pen­ded cus­todi­al sen­tence.
