Art. 28a127

Of­fences un­der Art­icles 20–22 that are es­tab­lished by the rel­ev­ant fed­er­al au­thor­ity in the area sub­ject to fed­er­al law en­force­ment shall be pro­sec­uted and judged by that au­thor­ity. The pro­ced­ure is gov­erned by the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 1974128 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al Law.
