Art. 29

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion ex­er­cises over­sight over the im­ple­ment­a­tion of the Act.

2 It con­ducts con­trols at the bor­der (im­port, trans­it and ex­port) and in cus­toms ware­houses and bon­ded ware­houses.

3 The Con­fed­er­a­tion and the can­tons work to­geth­er to ful­fil their tasks un­der this Act and shall co­ordin­ate their meas­ures. They may call on the as­sist­ance of oth­er or­gan­isa­tions con­cerned.
