Art. 36a Transitional provisions to the Amendment of 19 March 2021 141

1 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall spe­cify how long the ex­cep­tion­al li­cences is­sued un­der the pre­vi­ous law by the FOPH for the im­port, pro­duc­tion and pla­cing on the mar­ket of nar­cot­ics con­tain­ing an ef­fect­ive con­cen­tra­tion of can­nabis for med­ic­al pur­poses re­main val­id after the Amend­ment of 19 March 2021 comes in­to force.

2 For as long as the ex­cep­tion­al li­cence in ac­cord­ance with para­graph 1 re­mains val­id, no li­cence is re­quired from Swiss­med­ic un­der Art­icle 4.
