Art. 37

1 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall spe­cify the date on which this Act takes ef­fect.

2 On this date, the Fed­er­al Act of 2 Oc­to­ber 1924142 con­cern­ing Nar­cot­ics and pro­vi­sions of fed­er­al and can­ton­al acts and or­din­ances that con­flict with this Act shall be re­pealed.
