Art. 6 Restrictions under international agreements 33

1 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil may pro­hib­it li­cence hold­ers from cul­tiv­at­ing, man­u­fac­tur­ing, im­port­ing or ex­port­ing, or stock­pil­ing on the basis of in­ter­na­tion­al agree­ments.34

2 It may del­eg­ate the power to is­sue such rul­ings to the Fed­er­al De­part­ment of Home Af­fairs while re­tain­ing its over­sight.
