Art. 24 Quorum of signatures 49
1 Each candidate list must be signed by hand by a minimum number of persons who are both eligible to vote and have their political domicile in the constituency. The minimum number is:
2 No person eligible to vote has the right to sign more than one candidate list. Das Kreisschreiben des Bundesrates vom 19. Oktober 2022 an die Kantonsregierungen über die Gesamterneuerungswahl des Nationalrates steht im Einklang mit Art. 31 Abs. 1bis BPR (E. 4). Das Verbot von Unterlistenverbindungen zwischen Listen verschiedener Parteien verstösst nicht gegen Art. 34 BV (E. 5). |
