Art. 22 Violation of the disclosure obligation

Any per­son who in a sur­vey com­mis­sioned un­der this Act wil­fully provides false in­form­a­tion or does not or does not prop­erly ful­fil the duty to dis­close in­form­a­tion des­pite re­ceiv­ing a re­mind­er is li­able to a fine.
