Art. 24 Prosecution

1 The can­tons pro­sec­ute and judge vi­ol­a­tions of the dis­clos­ure ob­lig­a­tion in the case of sur­veys con­duc­ted by can­ton­al bod­ies, and vi­ol­a­tions of stat­ist­ic­al secrecy by can­ton­al bod­ies.

2 The com­pet­ent de­part­ment pro­sec­utes and judges the oth­er of­fences in ac­cord­ance with the pro­ced­ur­al reg­u­la­tions of the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 197437 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al law.

3 In ad­di­tion, the gen­er­al pro­vi­sions of the Crim­in­al Code38 and Art­icles 6 and 7 of the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 1974 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al Law also ap­ply.
