Art. 105 Alcohol

The le­gis­la­tion on the man­u­fac­ture, im­port, rec­ti­fic­a­tion and sale of al­co­hol ob­tained by dis­til­la­tion is the re­spons­ib­il­ity of the Con­fed­er­a­tion. The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall in par­tic­u­lar take ac­count of the harm­ful ef­fects of al­co­hol con­sump­tion.
